Today I will write about one of various types of drug rehab (drug rehabilitation) treatments, and mostly of them are aid rehabs, if you are interested for free drug rehabs go here. There is a lot of ways and approaches. There is no 101% secure and safe way. Today we will talk about traditional "12 steps program". Probably most of You heard about famous 12 steps program, and what it is, I will tell you in short: (also click here if you don't belive in 12 steps program, and want something about non 12 step rehab programs)
1) The first step is about recognizing that there is a problem
2) Avoid an addiction is the tendency to "fall back"
3) you will begin to see positive changes in your life
4) Seeking relief from the things in our character that sabotage our lives and keep us from being free of the bondage of self
5) This step requires a measure of humility. You need to feel force that helps you. You need to belive. You need God.
6) We are entirely ready to have God remove all these defects of character
7) Humbly asked Him to remove our shortcomings
8) Made a list of all persons we had harmed, and became willing to make amends to them all
9) Made direct amends to such people wherever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others
10) Continued to take personal inventory and when we were wrong promptly admitted it
11) Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our conscious contact with God as we understood Him, praying only for knowledge of His will for us and the power to carry that out
12) Having had a spiritual awakening as the result of these Steps, we tried to carry this message to others, and to practice these principles in all our affairs
Those are 12 steps in very, very short explained. People who need help going to special clinics where they are working in groups in this program,and like I said this is traditional method that gave very high percentage of success.
